Moove – Shipping Information

At Moove, we want you to experience fast and reliable delivery for every order. Below you’ll find all information about our (fictional) shipping process, delivery options, and carriers.

Please note: Moove is a demo webshop. Orders placed here are not processed or shipped — this page illustrates how shipping works in a real environment.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 16:00 (Monday–Friday) are normally processed the same day. After processing, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number from one of our trusted carriers.

Estimated processing time: 1–2 business days.

Delivery Partners

For our deliveries, Moove collaborates (in a real scenario) with leading shipping partners:

  • PostNL – standard domestic delivery across the Netherlands
  • DPD – reliable parcel service for both NL and EU
  • DHL Parcel – express and international deliveries
  • UPS – for larger or high-value shipments

Each shipment includes track & trace so you can follow your parcel at every step.
